Team Pack purchases will be delivered to the athlete via the team coach or held for pick up in the Treasure Cove. As team packs are considered custom orders, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  

For non custom items, returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase.   Items must be in sellable condition and have tags intact.   Shipping fees are not refundable.

The Treasure Cove ships all orders via USPS.  Average shipping time is 2-3 business days.   Treasure Cove does not ship on the weekends or school holidays.    Orders received after 2:30p.m. are processed on the next school day.
